Why it is shaped this way
Free is not a trial
The free tier does not expire, does not ask for a card, and does
not stop working after a fortnight. Most people will use
PhoneForge for years without paying anything, and that is the
intention rather than a funnel.
You pay for what costs us
The AI passes call a paid model every time they run. Keeping
your files for a month instead of six hours is storage we rent.
Those are the two things with a bill attached, so those are the
two things behind the paid tiers.
The limits are published
500 contacts a run, six hours of storage. You will not discover
a limit halfway through a job, and if one changes it changes
here first.
Enterprise is a build, not a bigger plan
The first three tiers are the same software with different
limits. Enterprise is not: it is work scoped against your
systems and your data. What this app does to a phonebook is
the demonstration, and the method behind it is what gets
applied to whatever you need organised.
Priced for where it is needed
Tools like these are expensive in a low-income setting and the
problems they solve are just as real there. Whatever the paid
tiers end up costing, the free one stays useful on its own.
